• Information will only be sent to a client's personal mailing address or personal e-mail address that is accessible only by the client. By providing us with an e-mail address, you certify that it is for your own personal use only.
• If a search that you are looking for is not listed, please e-mail DELTA with a brief request of what you are looking for and your personal contact information for a price quote.
• If DELTA cannot perform a search because of specific or special requirements, such as a required waiver, you will not be charged for the search.
• You the client purchasing information and or investigative service from DELTA Private Investigations attest, certify and affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and the information or service purchased from DELTA will be used for moral, lawful and permissible uses not restricted by law and which may reasonably be expected to be part of the normal course and scope of business, profession or legitimate use by any non-business client and you the client herby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DELTA Private Investigations, it’s officers, directors, employees, agents, parents, subsidiaries, representatives and their successors and assigns (individually and collectively) from and against all losses, liabilities, (including actual attorneys’ fees) claims, suits, causes of action, demands, judgments, settlement cost, damages of any kind or nature, for any third party
  claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of the client’s use of DELTA’s investigative service or information.
